Looking down at Loch Maree from Glen Docherty

That day we drove a lot. From Isle of Skye to Ullapool.

And what a drive it was!

All along the way we were greeted with incredible sights such as this. This pristine, sweeping glacial valley, guiding our eyes to the little gem that is Loch Maree in the distance… Simply superb!

      1. I lived in Dundee, the sunniest city in Scotland as locals call it. They might be right, it is located by the river Tay which ensured lovely sceneries and it rained rarely. I did visit other cities. Felt lack of nature in Glasgow but Edinburg was really diverse, with interesting landscapes, enjoyed it a lot.

      1. Hahaha, I live right in the middle of the rust belt, not sure which is worse, but I am closer to Scotland than you, should the next referendum rolls in, Yorkshire might break off and paddle away with the Scots 😛
